If a county premium, issuer count, metal-tier average, or derived ranking on PlainHealthPlan looks wrong, report it with enough detail to reproduce the page and compare it with the CMS Marketplace Public Use File. The same process is documented in our editorial and corrections policy.

How to report

  1. Report. Email hello@plainhealthplan.com or use the contact page with the page URL, the figure that looks off, and what you think it should be.
  2. Source. Include a link or file name for the CMS QHP Landscape / Rate PUF release you think we should match (plan year and county FIPS help).
  3. Scope. Say whether the issue is a raw CMS field, a derived county/issuer aggregate, a year-over-year change, or a stale vintage badge.

What happens next

We verify reports against the named CMS Public Use File and correct confirmed issues in the underlying database and pipeline so affected pages update together. Material fixes are noted on the public data changelog.
